Sweet Flavour

This blue-green variety is a heavy producer of large 6-7" (15-18cm), round heads. Vigorous plants are easy-to-grow, but should be timed so heads mature in cool weather. The vitamin-rich heads are delicious cooked or raw in salads and coleslaw.
